GamerLegion call Maden for Beijing closed qualifier
1 Sep 2026. GamerLegion go into the EM Beijing closed qualifier without Sebastian “Tauson” Tauson Lindelof. The org said he is out for health reasons. Pavle “Maden” Bošković stands in.
That is the whole announcement. No extra diagnosis. No timeline for Tauson beyond “unavailable.”
The event
Online, 2–4 Sep. Sixteen teams, double elimination. Two tickets to IEM Beijing in November. GL open against Nuclear TigeRES on 2 Sep, 11:00.
On paper GL were the second-highest team in the field by HLTV ranking. A last-day stand-in cuts that edge. It does not delete FL4MUS, REZ, Snax or the rest of the five. It does change the first maps.
The calendar around it
After this qualifier, the next large date on GL’s year is FISSURE Playground 3 next week. Two tickets in three days, then another event. The stand-in is not a full-season rewrite. It is this window.
Maden was listed with no team. Short sample on the last three months. This page does not turn that into a rating of the qualifier. First series first.

Nuclear TigeRES 1-0 GamerLegion. Default. No maps played.
GamerLegion forfeited. They could not field a complete lineup. Maden was the listed stand-in for Tauson. The series never reached a server.
Upper bracket round of 16, IEM Beijing 2026 closed qualifier. Both maps stayed TBA.
